Tailkin Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

Tailkin currently delivers to customers within the United Kingdom.

Our standard delivery charge is:

Orders under £25 — £2.99
Orders £25 or over — FREE standard delivery

Delivery times

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within approximately 1–3 business days.

We recommend allowing approximately 5–15 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, busy periods, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple-item orders

If you order more than one product, items may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. You won’t be charged additional delivery fees because an order arrives separately.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error before the order has been fulfilled, contact Tailkin as quickly as possible and we’ll try to update it.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your parcel appears to be lost, arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact Tailkin with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate solution.
